Historic First Collective Bargaining Agreement for St. Louis Police
On May 31, 2011, the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners signed a collective bargaining agreement with the St. Louis Police Officers Association. This historic first collective bargaining agreement covers approximately 1,000 police officers below the rank of sergeant. Andy Martone acted as legal counsel for the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners during the second phase of the negotiations (after prior counsel Steve Wigginton was appointed the United States District Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois).
