St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners prevails over Police Leadership Organization
On July 7, 2015, the Missouri Court of Appeals ruled in favor of HesseMartone client St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners and dismissed a lawsuit filed by the St. Louis Police Leadership Organization challenging the Board’s determinations with regard to police department bargaining units. The St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners was successfully represented by Andy Martone and Adam Doerr. A copy of the Court of Appeals’ decision can be found here.
