HM Principal Rick Stewart to address the 2014 New Sheriffs Management Institute
On Sunday, November 16th and Wednesday, November 19th, Hesse Martone Principal Rick Stewart will address Illinois Sheriffs at the 2014 New Sheriffs Management Institute in Springfield. Rick will be discussing the Freedom of Information Act and records retention requirements on Sunday. On Wednesday, Rick will be discussing the statutory duties of the Sheriff, internal investigations, collective bargaining, and labor relations.
