HM Client Prairie State Prevails on Retaliation Case

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration dismissed an OSHA Section 11(c) retaliation charge brought against PSGC on May 29, 2013, finding that the Complainant was discharged for legitimate causes and not in retaliation for protected activity.  PSGC was represented in this matter by Andy Martone and Dan Doetzel.  A copy of OSHA’s decision can be found here.
