HM Client Keystone Wins Again!
HM client Keystone Steel & Wire Co. prevailed on a second OSHA Section 11(c) retaliation claim brought by a former employee who claimed to have been disciplined as a result of protected activity. The United States Department of Labor, Occupational Health & Safety Administration found that the complaint was unfounded and that the Company’s actions were proper.
