The Occupational Safety and Health Administration Directorate of Whistleblower Protection Programs found in favor of Keystone-Calumet and dismissed an OSHA Section 11(c) retaliation charge filed against the Company by a former employee who alleged that she was discharged for protected activity.  OSHA dismissed both the complaint and the subsequent appeal.  Chris Hesse and Angie Scott successfully represented the Company in this case.  A copy of the United States Department of Labor’s dismissal can be found here.
