HesseMartone Client Daugherty Systems, Inc. Prevails on the Class Certification Motion
On December 13, 2013, the United States District Court for the Eastern District Court of Missouri denied Plaintiffs’ renewed motion to certify an FLSA collective action. Daugherty prevailed and the Court denied Plaintiffs’ motion in its entirety and refused to conditionally certify any class.
