U.S. Department of Labor sent a proposal Wednesday to OMB that would identify which occupations states may subject to drug tests to determine whether they may receive unemployment benefits. The proposal comes after the Republican-controlled Congress repealed, under the Congressional Review Act, an Obama-era version of the rule that it judged too narrow.
