Tod O’Donoghue’s law practice has focused on commercial construction. For the last 24 years, Tod worked as the General Counsel for three St. Louis area construction companies. His experience and knowledge span a wide range of construction company related matters including bids, contracts, subcontracts, protests, disputes, environmental issues, insurance, liability, mediation and arbitration. Additionally, Tod has dealt with personnel and HR issues as well as issues involving various trade unions and withdrawal liability.
Tod has assisted in resolving issues with OSHA and Canada’s OH&S and has conducted training sessions with construction personnel regarding contract and subcontract language, as well as providing input on presentations regarding jobsite safety.
