David Morin focuses his practice in representing employers in employment matters and employment litigation.
David has represented clients in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and in various state and federal courts in numerous types of employment disputes, including claims alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Missouri Human Rights Act, and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
In addition, David has extensive experience prosecuting and defending lawsuits involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
