Abby Schwab is a Principal with the Firm and focuses her practice in representing management in the areas of labor and employment law and employment litigation.

Abby represents clients in harassment and retaliation matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Kansas City Civil Rights Division, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission, as well as other federal and state agencies. Abby also represents clients in various types of employment litigation including claims brought pursuant to Title VII, the Missouri Human Rights Act, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

Abby advises clients on many employment issues including hiring, discipline, termination, employee handbooks and policies, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, collective bargaining, federal and state wage and hour laws, WARN, FLSA, FMLA, USERRA, the National Labor Relations Act, and the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act.
