Last fall, HesseMartone attorneys Dan Doetzel and Angie Scott successfully obtained the dismissal of Lin Gao’s Employment Discrimination Complaint filed against the YMCA alleging discrimination on the basis of Ms. Gao’s race, color, gender, age and national origin and alleging unlawful harassment.  Ms. Gao appealed the dismissal and, on May 21, 2015, the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit affirmed the dismissal and entered judgment on the YMCA’s behalf.  A copy of the 8th Circuit’s Opinion can be found here.
