NLRB LYFT MEMO FURTHER DEFINES EMPLOYEE RULE BOUNDARIES: Last week, NLRB upheld Lyft’s prohibition on employees sharing their logo without explicit permission and use of User information, holding that neither policy was unlawfully broad.
